On 14 January 2013 I lodged a technical complaint and request for crediting of 2 invoices issued which was supposed to assist with fixing the alarm system completely. However this was not the case as zones that used to work was not working and the zones that was fixed are still faulty. I was informed on 14 February that only one invoice was approved and I told Mpho that I was not happy as the work for the invoice that was not credited was and is the one that I am still not happy with. As a matter of fact I have to replace the complete system and this I will not be doing with ADT. Today I received a statement to inform me that the amount is still due. No reply or response was received from Mpho since February and efforts to talk to her has been unsuccessful. Today I phoned 3 times and was placed on hold every time for a period of 15 minutes after which their system cut you off and then you have to phone again and explain your story again to another consultant. To say the least I do not think this is client service at all! A customer put in a request for a reason and at least should receive a written reply within 2 weeks as per ADT so-called policy.
