Seeing RED with Cell C

I have again today received spam from Cell C... no surprise albeit now is really starting to get annoying. Going on [URL Removed] makes no difference nor does calling in to complain, and now I would like to see the action taken with regards to my rights being exploited by a company.

I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES FROM CELL C ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH ABSOLUTE NONSENSE I NEED NOT KNOW ABOUT, WHEN DOES IT END???

I would like a return call from someone in authority who can address this and have it resolved TODAY!!!
