My Partner
Recently paid his overdue account up to date.
(He had been unemployed for this period and was unable to pay the bill)
After being messed around quite a bit in stores being told each time he came in to collect new sim card.
(As his phone had also been)
That he needed more documentation than he had brought in.
He did not complain as he had been in the wrong for not having paid the account for so long.

But the fact that his account has been under credited with air time is the last straw.
There is no excuse for the bad service that he has received.
Please could some one contact him on the number supplied re this issue as we do not feel like wasting another hour in the Queue in store to be told we need to come back again with more documentation etc.
His Name is Daniel.
