CELL C doing it again

I have no idea what I have done in a previous life to get the service I am paying for from a service provider, again yesterday I received an sms from Cell C:

I have for almost 2 years now asked and been promised this nonsense would stop and the SPAM would come to an end, alas I am again disappointed and left with a foul taste in my mouth having to again waste my personal time trying to get something that was supposed to be sorted by a corporate company.

I have sent Armando Morris a mail for the same and will again waste my own time calling in to follow up.
