UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I am so frustrated with the service that I have received from MTN. I collected my NEW phone from the MTNSP on the 04/06/2012 a SAMSUNG SIII. After careful inspection of the handset I saw that there was a chip on the left hand corner of the phone. I returned the phone to MTN a few days later and showed the consultant the damage on the phone and I asked him to return the phone. I explained to him the problem and he booked the phone in for inspection. A few days later I went to enquire about the progress on the phone and was told that I had damaged the phone and my claim was rejected. He proceeded to show me an additional chip on the opposite end of the phone. This was a big surprise to me as I was not even aware of the other chip on the phone. I asked him for the report and all I got was a picture taken by the technician of the chip that I complained about. I had to wait 2 more days for a written report. I logged a complaint with MTN my reference MTN REQ:2362683 on the 07/05/2013 and nobody has responded.
