Why does'nt anybody care!!!

I took out a new contract with Cell C for a BB 9320 @ R149 pm. The phone was 11 days old when it just stopped working. After 2 weeks the phone was returned to Westgate from Repairs. The phone was returned with scratches on the screen and a small chip out of the screen on the bottom left hand corner. The phone was not handed in in this condition. I was informed that there is internal damage and the damages are not under warranty. I cannot understand this as this phone was not mishandled in any way. The Branch Manager said he cannot help. The consultant said he would request a repair report, nobody contacted me after several requests. On 8th April I phoned and consultant said he would send an e-mail (again). I requested the number to sort out myself, was not successful and consultant promised me service. Consultant phoned later in the afternoon to say he phoned them (why could he not do that in the first place) said the phone is irreparable and I must come and fetch it, he said I should send and e-mail to [Email Removed] to request the report myself. I did send an e-mail yesterday. This is not fair people!!!
