Line speeds are pathetic!

I Have upgraded from a 1mb to a 4mb Line but not for a single day I went without complaining about the speed. I regularly get speeds below 1mb after the upgrade.

With the Slow speeds my Line was also dead for 4 days.

I assume MwebTelkom is not going to reimburse me for this pathetic service?
