Another 8 days has passed since my last report and many complaints - and still nothing resolved. Matebello Ramokhoase an account manager at Corporate Accounts contacted me on the 28 July and asked for the documents to upgrade. She confirmed that she received it on 29 July. Since this date i only got plenty of ref. numbers and many promises. Seems like even hellopeter cannot solve this minor problem. Will have to refer this matter either to the Ombudsman or to a Court. Will seek this tommorrow 05 August 2013
