Upgraded on 28 April (at the 21 month period). Phone worked well for 4 days, nothing for 11 days and then worked again for 8 days and nothing since. Have been into Mtn 15 times and into Samsung 15 times about this. No-one knew what was wrong or what to suggest. Afte rmuch arguing again with Mtn they said book it in with Samsung who said it needed a new pc board and antennae. However, 2 1/2 weeks later the phone has still not been repaired and Mtn now tell me to take it to their repair shop.

I am actually not prepared to accept a repaired phone any longer. I REALLY BELIEVE I AM ENTITLED TO ANOTHER BRAND NEW PHONE. I have also tried my to speak to any Senior Manager from Mtn, but have never been successul.

I have now had the phone for 11 weeks. WHAT DOES ONE HAVE TO DO TO GET THE PROPER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME. I AM TOTALLY DONE WITH BOTH MTN AND SAMSUNG
