S4 faulty battery

I have had my S4 for not even 6 months and ive had issues since i recieved it, i then noticed my battery was swelling and my phone would switch off at 60% battery life and wouldnt switch back on due to a "flat battery" and so I took my Phone into the Vodacom Repair Centre in Alberton on the 27th of december 2013 i was told that my phone would take 3 to 7 days to be repaired as they needed to replace the battery and the mother board, i call them today only to find out that Samsung had sent them the wrong stock for the S4 Phones..my point is that they know there is a default in the phone with most of the S4's so how could u send the wrong stock now i am forced to wait longer for my phone cause they have sent it to head office to be fixed.. i will not accept this as this is not service we are promised!!! i have been sitting with out a phone for a week due to this!!!
