Bad Services from SAMSUNG

I purchased a LED TV at the end of August 2012. In March 2013, I experienced problem with the TV, and contacted Samsung as it was still within the warranty Period. They arranged for the TV to be repaired. When the TV was returned it worked for exactly a week, before it had the same problem. The TV was returned to the service agents again, on return of the TV it worked for a week again before the same problem occurred. The TV was taken in 4 times, and returned 4 time. I was then told by Ellen to return the Tv to the store where I purchased it and which I duly did 3 weeks ago. I was informed by Ellen, that it would take between 3 and 5 working days to get a refund. There was no communication from samsung regarding the progress of this process. I contact there call centre and was told by a very rude agent (Esrom) that I could not speak to the person in charge, as they don't deal with customers " WHY THEN HAVE A CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE". I have now been without a TV for nearly a month and to date and there is still no resolution to this. THIS IS SUCH A POOR REFLECTION ON THE SAMSUNG BRAND.I will definitely not by any Samsung product, and I will recommend to all I know not to eithe
