Cell C has got the worst service eve

How can you approve someone for a contract and promise to deliver then reject the order because of the stupid consultant who didnt do things properly. I am utterly disgusted by Cell C right now. I feel like I've been treated like a fool. I feel sick right now. We had a proper conversation with the sales guy and he promised to sen me the phone, and now am told by follow up department that nothing can be done, and I have to start the whole process.
