Cell C. No Signal, no service no help

I run a small business, have a cell phone contract with Cell C, I find myself having to make up to 4 phone calls in order to complete a single conversation.

Clients make mention if the fact almost daily that they would have to attempt to call my cell several times before actually getting through.

I've known from day one that the coverage is not great, but now that it's hurting my work I have begun to panic.

After contacting Cell C several times I have been told that I would be called by their techies to arrange a meeting, I've been told that matter had been handed over to a senior member, yesterday and the day before I was told that I could expect a call the same day.

I find myself no not being able to get through to Cell C and feel rather hard done by as all I want is the basic service for which I pay for. I followed all their procedures relating to the issues I am experiencing, still nothing.

I fail to understand why and how it can be so hard for them follow up and keep me up to date, I hope to get out of this contract with Cell C so that I can shift to a provider that can actually deliver.

Do not recommend Cell C at all, rather use a network that actually works.
