Cell C..C for service on a simple upgrades

On Mon 03/02/14 i called cell c 2 do a simply upgrades on 2 phones 1st one went well 2nd after being asked all security question however the agent (Dimakatso) confirmed that she needs to do the security check again no problem which was about 4 question of two were relevant to me and i answered correctly. I was told i failed n we did the 2nd "trial" n i "passed"in order to get OTP, agent promised to call me back which she didnt i called back n spoke to another agent (Jennifer) i askd what the problem was n she all got " confused and started to cal me by my galfrnds name n promised to call me back which she didnt.1st agent called me to break the bad news that since i faild those stupid questions THEY WONT PROCESS my 2nd updgrade unless i go 2 the shop n do it there, i demanded 2 know which section of their legislature states that? i demanded to speak to team leader & must call me, till today 05/02/14 nothing after i was told he is too busy or went out, i demand they listen to my conversation n tell me how i faild, I WILL NOT START THAT application process again, if they value wat word of mouth can do, as i will not back down after service all this time. gaatvool, sick n tired
