FOLLOW UP -still useless cell c staff

Still terrible service. Please listen to the call Ive received from you last week... it doesnt correspond with this mail. I was promised a new handset? When I got to Greenstone Mall this morning the old handset didnt even have a battery? Now I have to go back again!!! Cell C customers are not treated well! I soooooo hope this phone was actually repaired, as I first heard it couldnt be repaired as its a Zimbabwe handheld??? If not Im going straight to the CPA, as batteling for 5 months is the pits. Greenstone Guys give good service, but defnitely not the rest!!! I would actually like you to say the same things. Youre emails and phonecalls and communication to each other should say the same thing!!! I actually feel that Ive had enough, and should I decide to continue with cell C I would prefer to go back to my Blackberry contract. I am really fedup!!!
