I took out a contract at Nashua. about a week ago everything seemed fine until my 1st sms came trough saying i got my data prorata but no airtime, the nxt one that came trough said im 100% over my R20 call limit and i have been soft locked.so my new airtime came trough and i phone nashua cause i was still soft locked
after i complained by them i realise from my R200 airtime i only had about R100 left so the nxt day i made two calls both not even 5min in total and it dropped to R83 so not calling during the day i checked my balance again and it was on R54? i would like to know what app charges me data and which airtime? i still havn't receive my proof of purchase nor a copy of my contract and unfortunately its more than 7days so i cant return the (OBF) phone what am i suppose to do cause its costing me alot of money
i will go into the store today for explanations but im really disappointed
p.s the call center keeps on telling me about its probably a system fault
