On Sunday - 07/07 i had contacted Cell C's customer service on 140 requesting a print-out on the private number calls i have been receiving lately - i need the print-out to open a case. the operator stated i should send a copy of my ID, my protection order (as i do suspect the person behind the "private number " calls). he was very helpful and explained step by step what to do. On Monday - 08/07 i did what was asked of me and got a generated response stating i would receive a response within 24-72 hours.

on Wednesday - 10/07 i contacted Cell C again and unfortunately the operator i spoke to was not as helpful as the guy i spoke to on Sunday - all he said i would receive a response later in the day - and yes i did receive a response from Cell C giving me the deatils of ICASA - i mean how hard is it for them to provide me with a simple print-out rather than simply referring me to ICASA?

i have however lodged a complaint but all i want is some help in order to sort out a bigger issue in my life. what is really disappointing is at 1 stage i was a sales agent selling Cell C contracts!!! do i ever regret signing up those poor people who might be receiving poor customer as i am.
