I have requested that the Colour Bundle be removed from my account. This must be the 4th time.

Vodacom tells me to go to the mobi website to sort it out... what a joke. Nothing works, so i couldn't do what they told me to do.

From that first time, i still have this Colour Bundle. And how they love sending me SMS's at 3am telling me how lucky i am to get 3mb data free! Do i care? Do you even see that i have a 2gb bundle? Do you notice that i am 26 years old, and your colour bundle is only meant for people 18-24?

Come now people, how about doing your job? What is the point of having an enquiry form on your website, if nothing comes of it?

We shall see if this complaint has any positive result...
