I recently found out that I was missing the sim card that I was suppose to receive my monthly internet bundles, I then went to the nearest mtn to where I was working in Cape Gate to get this matter resolved I was then transferred to the branch I had opened the account at in gugulethu and was told that the matter was being investigated and would receive a call from them since I couldn't go to the branch immediately five days later I finally had a chance to go to gugulethu to query the matter they couldn't help me much I was promised a call from the area manager, a day later I was called to be told that the footage shows that I was given the sim card for my data bundles I then requested prove I promised a copy of the footage within a week. its three weeks later still haven't heard anything. 29.06.2013 a debit order from mtn of the amount of 1439.91 came through mad as I went to inquire why so much was taken, was told to dial 801 to get answers. apparently calls were made with the sim card, I then requested a list of numbers so I can trace the sim card. I was told I would get it within 72hours via email its now two weeks later still nothing, three months no statements!
