I had a query about my telephone account on the 10th of july 2013 while making a payment. then I came the following day on the 11 th at 17h50 at the branch rushing because I wasn't sure of the closing time. as I arrived, the door was closed and I checked the time it was 17h50 but there were still people inside. I waved at them to ask if they are closed and they waved back to show me a sign that they are closed cos there was no official notification at the door to show any reason why they closed earlier than the correct time. I further checked the official closing time at the door... and it was showing 18h00. confirmed with my watch and cell phone, and people walking pass. my time was correct.
THIS IS INDEED A BAD SERVICE AS COSTOMER I AM FRUSTRATED THAT THEY MAKING MISTAKES ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY STILL DONT WANT TO HELP ME WHEN I COME TO CONSULT. TO MAKE MATTER WORSE THE CONSULTANT THAT WAS HELPING ME THE PREVIOUS DAY... SHE IS THE ONE WHO WAVED AT ME AND KNEW EXACLTY WHAT I CAME FOR.. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THIS BRACH ARE JUST USELESS.
