On 23/04/2013 I signed for an upgrade of my contract and I was given a Lumia 610. The phone had a problem of switching itself on and off. I took it back and reported the matter and I was told that someone would contact me within 14 days. After the 14 days and no contact I went back (waited 1 hour 15 mins to be served) and was informed they forgot to log it in so I had to wait another 14 days when someone would contact me when the new phone arrive. I then left problematic phone and waited no body contacted me. I tried getting this sorted out at Rustenburg branch but I was asked to go back where I got the phone from. I called the call centre a couple of times but they could not trace my case. I wanted to cancel who contract but I was informed it would be problematic.By the time I got to july I was really exasperated and called the company to launch a complaint and was given a case number and I was told someone will contact me in 24 hours but no one did. From 23 April to july 5 not once did the company try to contact me except emailing monthly statements. Finally on 5 July after waiting from 3pm to 5pm I was issued with a new Lumia 610. This has been my most appalling service ever.
