Cell phone not working properly

Repeated problem with Samsung Y cellphone even after so called repairs. Reported by email, call ins to branch. Many times. Finally given them 30 day notification to cancel contract as per the Consumer Act, due to lack of service as phone not receiving. Branch never calls back or offers to repair or replace cell phone.
Basically taken my money and not given any service. Once they have done the sale they write you off as a customer.
