Cell C
Bad Network Reception & Coverage

Having switched over to Cell C, the network constantly drops calls or there is no coverage available. As I travel in an around Jhb on a daily basis it seems to be an ever increasing problem with many people.

I called Customer Care to query if there is a problem, and was told " There is a technical problem, you have to be patient." So much so, I'm thinking of migrating back to my original Network.

Furthermore I downloaded an App called My Tools on Android store and it doesn't work, I sent a complaint and 3 days later get a text to log on to My Tools, which doesn't work and log my complaint. After chatting to friends and reading the reviews on the App it hasn't worked since it was launched.

Come on Cell C, you spend a fortune on advertising and don't rectify an APP or deliver the Service you promise.
