Cell C Internet coverage JHB UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I work in JHB day in day out. The Internet reception is unacceptable.
When I'm in PTA it works just fine, but in JHB I get a latency of up to 15 seconds while it shows 3G coverage is good and network coverage very good (full bars). This is ridiculous! It must be a problem on their network.

I'm tired of phoning them, trying to log a complaint! So I had to log this.

Does anyone else also experience this?

Cell C! Please! You must look into this!
