Paying for a phone that im not even using

I send in my phone for repairs on the 30th of April 2013. I was informed that my phone will be back within 3-6weeks should it take longer Chester (manager) will inform me but no one from auto page bothered to call. for the past 4weeks i have been phoning auto page literally everyday to find out what the problem is but all i received was excuses, excuses. all they ever tell me is they offline, they emailed the repair company and waiting for a response and sometimes the manager/worker just hangs up the phone once they know its me on the line.i pay my installments and insurance every month but what is the point of it all if this is the kind of service im receiving... its been 11weeks now and i still dont know where my phone is! this is really unacceptable
