Bad attitude n rotten service

I have a blackberry on contract from auto page. The phone is faulty, freezing, it switches off about 20-30 times a day. Was advised by the Sandton branch to take it directly to vodka com for repairs. Was the incorrect advice as the done had to be booked into auto page for repairs. Well after the repair the phone is worse. Went to the head office today and was irate, spoke to aneil Naidoo the 'manager'. Wow what an attitude, he was unwilling to assist or do anything besides tell me that I used the phone and that's why it's acting up Nd to book it in for repairs for 21 working days. He did not in any way try to offer any other solution, and I was adamant that the handset be replaced. Not even to say we can fast track the repair, even though he and I know a repair won't help. He was rude, arrogant and disgusting.

I uphold my end of the contract by paying yet I get no proper service! Left absolutely infuriated and upset.
I was even willing to return the faulty handset and start a new 24 month contract with them. But with this lack of service and stinky attitude I don't want to deal with a bunch of rude and appalling excuses for humans ever again!!!
