School Fees Refund!!!

Hi there!

I am still waiting for Damelin to refund me my school fees as they cancelled the course (Conference, Exhibition and Events Management) last year. I don't understand why it's taking so long to process my refund! Like I said to them before I have waited 6 months since August 2012 and I was told that the refund will take between 2 to 3 months. I have been patient more than enough and I needed that money to register to another short course in January 2013 but they don't care about the inconvenience they are causing me! I have sent them so many emails and made calls and each time they said that the refund has been approved by the Financial Department and that I'll be refunded the following month but nothing happened! When I asked the contact number of their head office in Johannesburg so that I can follow up my side, I get no answer.

I'm seriously frustrated and disappointed by the poor quality of their services! I need my money refunded soonest or I'll take further actions against them! This is unbelievable!!!
