Disappointed with my service provide

I am a platium account holder with vodacom, my blackbery bold 9790 was on the 25th of May 2013 i have contacted vodacom to lock my blackberry provided with my imei number, however the person who has my mobile is still on my bbm and calling friends and family from that mobile number which is a mtn number... i also called mtn and they can't seem to help me. i would appreciate if you could help me block my mobile/shut down the mobile.

i need this phone to be hard locked/soft locked... the person should not have any access to any of my messages, emails, contacts, bbm, whatsapp, etc..
