MTN handed over my account to their attorneys after I have called them made the arrangement and kept to it, i even sent them proof of payment. I called on numerous occasions to change my debit order date but they could not retrieve my details and when you select the option to speak to their consultants yo get cut off.

This use to be my favourite network but not anymore. Never again will I do business with MTN. They are the worst service provider ever, I also have a prepaid number with them, but I will rather move over to another network.

I must say I am very disappointed.
