Shocking service from customer service team

I've been a subscriber with Autopage for over 7 years, and have complained each and every year that I will change to another provider but the inconvenience and time it takes to do so has forced me to remain with Autopage. I've tried to call 3 times again today to request assistance from technical support. After having been told its 'procedure' to repeat my lifes history at every point of being transferred from 1 consultant to the next I was eventually cut off. Why enter your cell phone number into the system - 4 times as it doesnt take for some reason, only to be asked the number again and again as you are transferred from 1 incorrect consultant to the next? All I want is technical help on trying to receive my data on my phone.
I'm never able to call the 011 650 5111 number out of office hours as this is a landline number and somedays I cant even get through to this. I've had it with the shocking service and will be looking now to remove my 3 contracts and port to another service provider.
