Trying to cancel my Vodacom Contract

I am trying to cancel my Vodacom contract. I call the Cancellation dept, and they send me the amount I need to pay, as well as the form I need to fill in once I have finished payment to fax to them. I go to the Vodacare shop at Gateway, and make my payment on the 5 June 2013, around 8pm. The cashier informed me that I can fill in the cancellation form and leave it with one of their vodacare consultants who will then fax it for me on Monday. I fill in the form, give them a copy of my Drivers, and a copy of my payment slip, and the lady there said she will fax it on Monday morning. They said it will take 24/48 hours to process. I call the Cancellation dept on Tuesday, 9 June 2013, to see the status of my cancellation, and they inform me that no form has been faxed to them. I call the vodacare shop, and the number goes to the repair dept, as the Vodacare dept has no direct line! I tell the lady at the repair dept to get someone to call me, and I had to call back an hour later, as no one called me. Someone finally called after my 2nd call, Hassan, from the vodacare dept, and he said he will check who was working there that night, but he has not called back. Highly frustrated customer!
