Never Change to Cell C! You never have signal!!

I changed to Cell c 3 months ago and it was my worst decision ever! Since I have had my phones I have had nothing but problems. I cant even use my phone as I never have signal, whenever i phone they people on the other side cant hear me, including your call centre agents who keeps on passing the bucket and just puts me through to another deparment, so I have to explain this story to 3 departments? When eventually after threatening to cancel my contracts with Cellc I spoke to a supervisor who said "Its not so easy to just cancel"! He said someone will contact me to come and drive with me for a weekend to sort out my network problem? No one has contacted me and I Still cant use My Phones!!! I Put a Vodacom pre paid sim card into the phone and what a Breeze it works perfectly!! I was with vodacom for 15 years and I regret ever changing to cell c for a little lower cost, but cant even use my phone. So whats the use? EVERYDAY for the past 3 months has been speaking to Cell C Customer Care consultants. If this is not sorted out ASAP, I am driving to Cell c Head office with all the devices, and if I have to consult with the Consumer Protection Act.
