My cellphone contract expired in April, since June I have been trying to upgrade to the Galaxy Nexus on the RBM200 offer. After numerous visits to your branches in Menlyn and Hatfield I am still waiting for a response from store staff. I have also contacted the call centre, and was told stores have stock (an untruth). Left my details on your website 4 weeks ago... still waiting to be contacted. Left my details on your website again today. Unbelievably bad service.
