Wait to be refund after contract expired 14 Months

I have lodge a complaint in Emahalaleni in Witbank on the 03/6/2013 with Jabolani on 2:46 Pm and since then every week but the responses are not good and the promises that my account in terms of re-funding my money that was deducted from my account after it expired is now with re-funds and i will get my money with in 5 working days, still nothing happened since then its more than 6 weeks??

This is ridiculous and need it to be sorted out A.S.A.P.!!!
