MTN Service Center Delay - Phone not recieved

Hi, I booked my 7 month old phone in for a warranty repair at MTN Coastlands Gatemax on 14/01/2013. I was told it takes one to two weeks for the repair and was asked to call the repair centre to check on the status of the repair. I called on 24/01/2013 and the phone had not yet been received by the service centre. I called again today, 21/01/2013 and the phone had still not been received a week later. It is now concerning as at this rate it may be a month till I get my phone repaired as I see the same trend as in a hellopeter post which was at the same MTN branch where it took a few weeks until the customer placed the hellopeter post to resolve it: https:///mtn/complaints/mtn-repair-centre-unexceptable-delays-960047. Please assist to speed this up and resolve.
