On 24 Apr 13 I did a contract renewal. Of the phones offered to me I was advised the Nokia Asha 300 was the better one. After many unanswered messages and phone calls made by myself I finally received the phone 6 weeks later. It then took another 2 weeks for the new sim card to be Rica'd. The touch screen is faulty, the battery life extremely poor and the phone is not user friendly. Despite sending e-mails and leaving numerous messages for someone to contact me no one has returned my calls. I have also given up trying to get the insurance changed as the lines are continuously busy and I eventually have to hang up due to the length of the waiting times. I have been a customer of Autopage since /- 1998 and have never experienced problems like this until now
