Last week I completed a questionnaire on the outsurance website as I was looking to move from my current insurer. The gentleman that called me Jose was EXTREMELY rude. Not only is he asking me in a very cynical manner why I want to move insurers but treated me as if I was just another dumb client he had to deal with. I told him I was busy and that he should call back as i was busy and could not spend 30 minutes on a call with him after I completed most of the information online as well.he calls back with a sarcastic tone asking me if I'm still busy? To which I replied yes. After his numerous attempts of calling I finally told him I would rather stick with my current insurer he rudely says fine bye and puts the phone down. I was also a sales person and would have rather asked my potential new client what the issue was. I decided to stick with my current insurer because Jose was point blank rude I'll be surprised if he ever makes any sales. A friend of mine also mentioned that outsurance staff had been just as rude to her before. So much for BENDING YOUR BACK to help clients!!! If that's attitude for per-sales imagine post sales or even claims
