Worst service I have ever experienced

My Dad and I went into MTN Centurion Mall on 30/09/2013 to enquire about his upgrade that he had requested about 2 weeks earlier. First he was told by the person who helped us that his number did not exsist on the network and when he gave his number, he was told by the person that according to the form he had filled in previously, he could not right properly. He was then told by the sales person that he had an attitude problem.

When I requested to see the manager, she also told us we had an attitude problem. I find this totally disgusting in the way that this situation was handled by the sales person and store manageress.

I appeal to there Head Office that disciplinary action be taken on both of them. They should actually both be fired, as they are both unable to deal with their customers.

Disgusting service!!!
