Broken Phone delivered. 2 weeks to replace

I am appalled at the lack of service delivery I have received from vodacom in the past two weeks.

I first ordered my first iPhone 4 contract week before last, due to incorrect address's and mixups with RAM the phone was delivered but would not be handed over, then finally five days later received but with the wrong sim. I had to purchase a new sim out of my own pocket - refunded apparently but still highly inconvenient.

Earlier this week I purchased a second iPhone 4 contract, the phone was delivered yesterday but is damaged. I have now just been told that it will take another 7-10 working days for a replacement.

Having too another 2 weeks for a phone that was broken out of the box is completely unacceptable. If Vodacom can organise same day delivery from Johannesburg, then why do I have to wait 2 weeks?

having being a longterm subscriber to Vodacom, this has really really annoyed me. Get your act together guys.
