It has been more than a month since I heard anything from Telkom (escalation ref no is ARS217708). The technician that was here did confirm that there is a Telkom cable outside my premises. According to the technician Telkom will send out someone to come and have a look to see what can be done, yet no one has contacted me since then. I have also sent another email to Cornelia Kawa who has responded the first time, yet with no reply. I have also tried to use the escalation form on the Telkom website, also with no reply. So hopefully someone will respond to this post on HelloPeter to let me know what is going on.
