Insurance department not answering

Yersterday i tried calling to change details on insurance and waited 33 minutes when I eventually dropped the line. Tried again today and waiting 22 minutes already with still no answer. It is flippen frustrating paying for this service and shuold something happen they wont pay as details on handset are incorrect.

Can some please contact me URGENTLY!!!
