Is anyone working at the MTN insurance call centre

Hi
I need to update my deatils for teh new phone for insurance. I called yeaterday (02/01/2014) and waited on line for an hour and no one took my call. I have called today (03/01/2014) and am currently still waiting for someone to answer the phone. It has been 30 minutes already. Is there any one that can help me please. Can someone call me back. All I need to do is update my details.
