After holding line for too long calls are dropped

Today, 13 Jan I called FNB Insurance & after holding for a good 25 minutes I was through to Rooyeka. I explained to her that my iPad is not charging & she advised that I would need to go to an iStore to get a quotation. Told her I had already on Saturday, because I suspected that my charger was faulty therefore wanted it checked out first on another charger. I told her that the technician at iStore tested it & advised problem was with my iPad. He offered a quotation for a replacement which was due for 48 hours. Rooyeka then said that she would call insurers and get back to me. I gave her my niece's number which I am currently using and requested that she calls me back as soon as possible because I was going to the very iStore she was asking me to go to for other business. She did not call me back but I decided to call, held for 30 minutes & when I went through someone dropped the call. Tried calling again, phone was dropped after waiting for too long. I was at Clearwater Mall & decided to make use of FNB line to call them couldn't get through. This is very frustrating because I can't work without my iPad yet call centre agents care less by dropping calls & Rooyekanot giving feedback
