Went overseas 12 June. Cell C blocked all comms by 16 June. Husband called them and was told they couldnt get hold of me on my (blocked) cellphone to confirm I was using my phone overseas! How I was supposed to even call them, I have no idea. I emailed them, got told to phone. Gave up. Bought pay as you go sim overseas. Returned to RSA and called them on 26 June to find out why my phone was blocked. Got told I would be contacted within 3 working days (this was Wednesday). By Friday, I had heard nothing, and called again, was given the same explanation. I emailed, got instructed to phone. Eventually I was told that I would be contacted in 7 working days - it has now been closer to 10, still no response, and after giving them alternate contact numbers. I am greatly inconvenienced by this. I am aware there is a problem, but I can't even find out what it is, because I get the same response time after time 'we will get back to you' - I have had enough!
