I have had R45.00 rand taken off my cell phone account due to games I supposedly down loaded. This all happened while driving home in the dark, raining and peak hour traffic.
The company helpline hours are only 8 to 5 weekdays only. So why does this down load only happen at 6 on a Friday night? You cannot contact them until Monday morning! By that time R45 has been taken.
When contacting the number given me by MTN, I was told by the help desk person that I down loaded from the internet, which I did not. I am a senior, I have better things to do than play stupid games.
I have now asked for proof that I down loaded this. I want my money back. This is wrong.
