Get it, I dont want it

On the 1st of May 2013, i cancelled the pathetic Get it service. Now today 8th of July 2013, I am still paying for something that was supposed to be cancelled. I called them again and advised they had "System problems" etc etc and that someone will contact me. I want the money to be refunded as from 1 May.
