I have been waiting for over 2 months for Telkom to cancel MY ADSL and rectify my bill.
To date i have received no feedback.
everytime you call the call centre, there is never a supervisor or manager available. The call center agent can never find them. my last call i spoke to Rolani, her manager Angelas will call back, but that never happens. I have gone to the branch, called and emailed all over but still no response.
I'm the one that must pay the bill and Telkom is first to cut the line, YET when they overcharge there is no response. Can someone please rectify my telephone account??
The call centre assistants obviously have no clue on the waiting periods or the procedure of cancellations.
