On 17-05-2013, i sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] where I requested for my contract with ADT to be cancelled. I joined ADT on 05-04-2013. Upon signing the contract for ADT with Denize from you offices, I advised Dennis that the door contact on my back door is not working, which he confirmed on the key pad. There is only one part of the contact connected to the door. I was advised that, someone from ADT will come to my property and valuate the system and will also replace the door contact in order for the system to work optimally. 2 weeks later, a gentleman, with the name Keith, came to my property to evaluate the system and upon advising him that the door contact requires fixing, he said that someone else will be coming to sort out the door contact from ADT. To date no one has attended to this.. I called ADT on 03-05-2013, to enquire when someone will come to replace the door contact, as we have been getting reports of suspicious gentleman coming on to our property and fiddling with the doors and windows, I was advised that I need to pay an additional callout fee of R392.00 and pay for the door contact to be replaced.
