Incorrect Package / Billing

For the Month of June 2013 I was billed on an amount of R1509.33 whereas it should have been R290.
When I spoke to an agent in the upgrades department I specifically said that I want to REMAIN on the Top Up Package, but I was later informed that the package was for Business contract. which they then changed back to top up end of may.

I regard this as highly unprofessional and miscommunication and request a refund with immediate effect. Please refer to phone calls before the updrage was made.

I do not feel that i should be liable for paying an amount of R1509.33 if i never requested a Business contract
