I had taken in my cellphone to a cell c branch for repairs where i had been told i would be contacted in 2 weeks with details of the repairs. I heard nothing from them for four weeks so i went back to the shop where i was told the phone needed R850 to be fixed. I had taken insurance with cell c and i submitted a claim form but i was not told that i had to call the head office, so that they can process my claim form. a week later i went into the shop and i was told that i have to call head office, when i did they said they had not recieved my claim form so i resent it and i recieved a reference no:20130701102706000132. i was told i would be contacted in 48 hours, that was a week ago. I thought cell c was innovative but they just seem to be wasting my time...
